Domestic Shipping: J&J will always attempt to ship your order immediately, although it can take up to 3 business days (do not count weekends) to process.  Please contact orders@JJTrailers.com with questions relating to your order. Standard Delivery: J&J uses FedEx Ground and United States Postal Service for all shipments within the continental U.S. Unless stated on the product page, please allow 2- 7 business days for shipping time, not counting weekends. J&J does not offer international shipping at this time. Sales Tax: Tax is charged on New York orders only, at a rate of 8.625%. 

Cancelling Your Order: Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please call 1-631-589-5338. We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped.

Payment: J&J accepts Visa, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. If you wish to pay by check your order will be held for 7 days before shipping.  Please make checks payable to J&J Trailers, Inc. Please contact us at orders@jjtrailers.com if you have questions regarding payment. 

Warranties: Many of the high quality products sold by J&J are covered by a manufacturer's warranty, please take advantage of this coverage and contact the manufacturer according to their warranty instructions. If you would like information regarding product warranties or assistance obtaining warranty coverage please contact us. We would also appreciate feedback regarding problems you experience with the products we sell since we are dedicated to carrying only quality products. 

Return Policy: All returns require prior authorization. Return authorization must be initiated within 14 days of receiving merchandise. Unopened merchandise: Unopened merchandise may be returned with prior authorization to J&J for full credit. Credit will be made after merchandise is received by J&J and found to be in new and unopened condition. Opened Merchandise in new condition: Opened merchandise may be returned with prior authorization to J&J for the purchase price minus a 15% charge.  Credit will be made after merchandise is received by J&J and found to be in opened, but unused, condition with all original packing material and documentation. Used Merchandise: Used merchandise will not be authorized for return. J&J will work with customers on a case-by-case basis to evaluate exceptional circumstances. If you tried to install it, it is used.
